It is now over 2 years since we have moved into the bottom half of a duplex your company, Waller Builds, was responsible for building.

During the construction we found the personnel of Waller Builds extremely good to deal with. Nothing was ever a problem and you went out of your way to render us any assistance we needed.

The final inspection before we moved in was essentially fault free and we have had zero issues since.

We engaged Waller Builds to replace our timber deck with a much more substantial honed concrete deck, featuring exposed galvanized steel framing and balustrade.

Mike, our on-site contact, was exceptional. He kept us informed daily, ensured the site was safe and tidy, and managed trades with professionalism and efficiency. When we requested additional works and design changes, he incorporated them seamlessly into the schedule.

Cameron, handled the contract and finances with clarity and transparency, giving us complete confidence throughout.

The finished deck exceeded our expectations and we are now planning further projects with Waller Builds.
